Them: no seriously and where do you get your protein?
Me: the same place your protein gets its protein
Them: I just can’t eat salad all the time
Me: oh ok
Them: I like to go out to eat with my family and friends
Me: Me too, Sunday brunch is an absolute must! (See y’all September 10th for my birthday brunch 😉 )
Them: but seriously, what do you even eat?
Me: beans, greens, potatoes, tomatoes…. you name it!
Look I get that people love their meat, eggs and dairy but to think there is NOTHING else to eat without them is absurd. I mean what do you eat with them? More likely than not some rice, veggies, pasta, potatoes anddddd all of those things are plant based.
So to those of you who “can’t live without meat/dairy/eggs” I challenge you to do either Meatless Monday or replace a few meals a week with plant based meals. Your options are endless.
