Storms Are Apart of Life

Storms are a part of life

They come bringing wind, rain, and occasional flooding

Then they go just the same

There is always a calm before the storm and sometimes chaos after

You can prepare or you can panic but the storm is coming either way

Some storms linger longer than others leaving miles of destruction in their path maybe even death

Those are the times when all you can think about is giving up

But you can’t

You have to press on

Move forward

Just wait…

The storm will end

The sun will shine

And a new day will begin

No matter what has been destroyed it can be repaired, replaced or rebuilt

When you want to cry about all that is lost just keep telling yourself that memories are eternal

As long as you and all that you love are safe, nothing else matters
