Before I Let Go by Kennedy Ryan

Y’all πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎI don’t think I’ve EVER rooted for two people so much outside of my own damn marriage in my life lol

On a serious note, #TW for anyone that decides to delve into this painstakingly beautiful story, stillbirth, death, suicidal thoughts and depression are woven in throughout. And I love how delicately Kennedy Ryan made that clear in the introduction.

Yasmin and Josiah were a beautiful couple, deep in love, married with two kids, running their business, living the life and expecting their third child. Tragedy strikes and literally destroys them and nearly destroys everything they’ve built.

Now divorced, they work to maintain as business partners and coparent while dealing with internal emotions, teen/tween children and navigating being single while still carrying their wounds.

Their soul-searching journey to find themselves while living through the darkest times of their lives is one to behold. What evolves on the page is so tender, intimate, sensual and loving that you cannot help but want them to make it work.

@kennedyryan1 touched my soul with this one. 10/10
